COLLABORATIONS

My Voice collaborates with a wide range of services and organisations. We will keep you updated here on active relationships and the nature of those relationships.

Government

My Voice is pleased to be part of the “Capacity Building” projects for 2015/16 funded by the NSW Department of Family and Community Services/Ageing, Disability and Home Care.  My Voice has been engaged to provide support and training to people who choose to self manage their budgets. The link listing all the funded projects can be found here.

Not-For-Profit

Ecclesia Housing: The Stepping Stone Project.  We are excited to be working with Ecclesia Housing on an innovative housing and employment empowerment project.  Together we are supporting social housing tenants to realise dreams of flexible, desirable employment, family security and housing ownership.

Greystanes Disability Service: Shared Management.   For some people, self managing their NDIS budget may not be an option.  We are closely working with staff of Greystanes to provide skills and knowledge to participants who are working towards greater autonomy within the safeguards offered by a quality disability service.

Spinaltalk Peer Support Network: My Voice has a long and continuous interactive relationship with Spinaltalk.  Robert Zoa Manga is a Director of both Spinaltalk and My Voice.

Social Enterprise

The Self-Direction Collaboration Network.  For the past two years, My Voice has been working with small, emerging, like minded organisations who are committed to the concepts and practices of self direction.

Professional Groups

My Voice engages with a wide range of professional organisations and provides training to those who wish to provide a better service to people with disability and their family members who are self managing.
