If you are looking for full flexibility, choice and control over your plan and supports, while having your finances and administrative paperwork taken care of, My Voice Personalised Plan Management can help.

Plan management with My Voice allows you to direct your own care and support arrangements. You choose the services you need and who provides them. You have the option of engaging either NDIA registered services, or selecting providers who are not NDIA registered.

We will support you by ensuring your bills are paid, your NDIS claims are made, your reporting and paperwork is accurate and more.

My Voice Plan Management Service is backed by a strong, automated payment and claiming system through Lantern Pay with the highest level of security.

We provide personalised plan management across NSW. Financial intermediary services are available at the rate of $98 for monthly processing. Nominate My Voice as your plan manager when doing your plan or feel free to contact us if you would like to discuss our service at any time.

ENGAGING MY VOICE

Participants who are self managing can engage My Voice directly. We provide quotes for personalised training, support and plan management.

My Voice are registered Support Coordinators and Plan Managers with the NDIS.

We are based in Sydney and provide personalised plan management services across New South Wales.

We charge travel costs and/or mileage if we are required to travel more than an hour from our Sydney base.
