Once you are up and running with your plan, My Voice is here to be your self direction partner.

Our support coordination services are designed to assist you to create and maintain successful care and support arrangements, specific to your own personal situation, needs and choices.  

Support coordination helps you to genuinely exercise your choice and control over your care and supports, including mainstream, informal, community and funded. We can assist as much or as little as you prefer, to enhance your ability to manage your plan over time.

We will help you engage your supports, manage budgets and take control of your life and that of your family.  We will be available to you on an ongoing basis, to discuss your needs and provide support in a timely manner.

At My Voice, our service focuses on bringing together mutual skills. We respect the value of your lived experience and understand that you are the expert on you and your family. We can bring a deep understanding and knowledge of services and options available to you, cultural competence and 6 years experience in developing personalised models of support.

Our support coordination staff are people with professional backgrounds and long term experience working with people with disability and their families. They are knowledgeable and committed. We specialise in bespoke service models that can demonstrate real quality of life outcomes.

In our experience, no support arrangements are the same.  Everyone has different needs, expectations, resources and capabilities. But the aim is the same; to live a fulfilling and satisfying life.
