Since 2011, My Voice has been a registered NDIS service provider, partnering with people with disability and their families to create bespoke care and support arrangements. We work within local communities from Sydney to the Southern Highlands and in the Central Desert of the Northern Territory. We hold NDIS registrations under 12 categories, including early childhood support and interventions, specialist positive behaviour support and specialist support coordination as well as home and shared living. We are also registered with the NSW Lifetime Care and Support Scheme (Icare) and the Victorian Transport Accident Commission (TAC). With a strong commitment to the principles in the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, we work hard to create quality outcomes for every person and safe environments for people to thrive.

Deb has 36 Years in the sector including with the NSW Government Statewide Behaviour Intervention Service and the NSW Office of the Public Guardian. Deb’s experience includes:
Joel has been with My Voice for eight years and is our NT operations director based in Alice Springs. He is a qualified accountant, and he has lived experience of disability. Joel supports and trains the NT men’s team. He has built solid and trusting relationships with the Central Australian Aboriginal communities and he makes sure that My Voice listens and learns from our NT clients and their mob.
Carol has over 27 years’ experience in the community and disability sectors. In the five years she has been with My Voice she has been a support coordinator, practice leader and in her current role focuses on maintaining quality and compliance with NDIS practice standards, developing systems, policies and staff training. Carol’s experience includes:
Michael has 20 years’ experience in Disability and Mental Health Services in the UK and Australia including trauma-informed care, strategic leadership and leading the My Voice operations team. Michael manages staff and service delivery in the My Voice SIL and SDA accommodation in Sydney, Southern Highlands and Alice Springs. Michael’s experience includes: Senior roles within innovative accommodation and support models for the NSW government (Integrated Services Program) developing cross agency service partnerships between government and non-government services.
Mikayla has a background in educational psychology with eleven years’ experience in South Africa and Australia gaining extensive experience in Applied Behavioural Therapy, Positive Behaviour Support and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. Mikayla has been with My Voice for four years supervising and training staff and working with My Voice clients in NSW and NT who display behaviours associated with diagnoses such as:
Mikayla also acts as an Independent Specialist for the NSW Department of Communities and Justice leading restrictive practice authorisation and review panels across NSW.
Alba has over 12 years of experience in law, corporate governance, business administration, and human resources. She has been with My Voice for four years implementing HR strategies and systems, overseeing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and implementing staff induction and probation programs.
